Twin screw RPVC/SPVC Granulation lines

PVC compounding is a process of Homogenous mixing of various ingredients along with PVC resin in order to achieve properties for various applications.

This will be carried out in a mixer adding stabilizers, plasticizers, lubricants, modifiers, colors, fillers etc… after which this compound will be processed and extruded in a twin screw extruder to manufacture the granules.

These compounds are used to manufacture various products in industry like SHOES, CABLES, BOTTLES, MEDICAL TUBINGS , FITTINGS Etc…
